Position: A Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, Vice Mayor of People’s Government of Nanchang City, a Member of the CPC Leadership Group

Responsibilities:

(1) To be responsible for work related to science and technology, industry, commerce, administration of state assets, enterprise reform, foreign affairs, Taiwan-related affairs, cooperation and exchange, and platform of investment and financing;

(2) To be in charge of Bureau of Science and Technology of Nanchang City, Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Nanchang City, Bureau of Commerce of Nanchang City, Nanchang SMEs Bureau, Foreign Affairs Office of Nanchang Municipal People’s Government, Nanchang State Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Nanchang Cooperation and Exchange Office, Nanchang Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., Nanchang Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd., Nanchang Municipal Public Group, Nanchang Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd., Nanchang Rail Transit Group Limited Corporation, and Jiangling Motors Group Co., Ltd.; and

(3) To liaise with Taiwan Work Office of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, Nanchang Federation of Trade Unions, the Communist Youth League Nanchang Municipal Committee, Nanchang Association for Science and Technology, Nanchang Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Nanchang Municipal Cyberspace Affairs Office, Nanchang Customs District, Nanchang Municipal Postal Administration, Nanchang Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, State Grid Nanchang Power Supply Company, and Central Jiangxi Radio Monitoring Center.
