Vice Mayor

Position: Vice Mayor of People’s Government of Nanchang City, a Member of the Leading Party Members Group

Responsibilities:

(1) To be responsible for work related to civil administration, human resources and social security, ecological environmental protection, water conservancy, flood control and drought relief, agriculture and rural affairs, rural vitalization, ethnic and religious affairs, supply and marketing, meteorology, and hydrology;

(2) To be in charge of Nanchang Civil Affairs Bureau, Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment, Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Water Resources, Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Rural Vitalization), Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs, and Nanchang Supply and Marketing Cooperatives; and

(3) To liaise with Nanchang Disabled Persons Federation, Nanchang Meteorological Bureau, and Poyang Lake Hydrology and Water Resources Monitoring Center.
