In order to better meet financial service demand for employment and entrepreneurship, our city’s human resources and social security departments conduct in-depth docking with financial institutions, and jointly create an online “inclusive financial area” to adopt instant service pattern of access of government service scenario to mobile banking platform, integrate professional guidance of employment and entrepreneurship departments with banks’ online traffic and financial resources, so as to provide job hunters and start-ups with one-stop information and employment and entrepreneurship support. Since more than one month of online service, the area has provided information consultation for more than 2000 customers, having successfully issued loan totaling more than 5 million yuan.

The online “inclusive financial area” establishes six major modules including entrepreneurship service, information consultation , credit line calculation, etc., entrepreneurs may check the latest policies, seek for opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship, and query relevant information of employment and entrepreneurship centers and incubation bases in the province to realize online application for start-up subsidies and enjoy whole-process service from policy interpretation to entrepreneurship implementation. Besides, we make use of bank services like big data technology, smart loan recommendations, loan application, etc. to provide personalized solutions for entrepreneurs in need.

For the next step, our city’s human resources and social security departments will continue to deepen the cooperation with financial institutions, constantly optimize and update the contents of service area, actively expand scope of service, endeavor to build the service area into a comprehensive service platform integrating consultation sharing, entrepreneurship support and financial service, and provide job hunters and entrepreneurs with more convenient, efficient and comprehensive service support.
