In order to celebrate the 97th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army and the August 1 Nanchang Uprising, inherit revolutionary gene, gather revolutionary power, and further advocate the city brand of “a land of nature’s treasures and outstanding people, a city of heroes - Nanchang”, on the evening of July 31, Communication Department of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, Nanchang Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Political Work Office of Nanchang Garrison Command jointly held an art performance of “Nanchang, heroes on the stage”--celebration of the 97th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army and the August 1 Nanchang Uprising.

It was learned by the reporter that after this performance, some programs will be selected for city-wide show tour in August. At present, it is planned to give a performance in Nanchang County, Jinxian County, Anyi County, Xinjian District, Nanchang High-tech Zone, Nanchang E&T Development Zone, Wanli Administration, Museum of August 1 Nanchang Uprising, Exhibition Hall of Former Site of Nanchang New Fourth Army Headquarters, and Exhibition Hall of Xiaoping Path in Nanchang City respectively.
